About Us

Who are we?

The Jayco Getaway Club of VIC Inc is a club where Jayco owners, anything from Jpods to campers to expandas to pop tops, from toy haulers to caravans and motorhomes, are welcome to join. The club has one Getaway a month for financial members to come along to, to get together to enjoy each others company, share in a common interest and to socialise in a welcoming environment while we explore different places around Victoria. Jayco owners are a diverse group of people, so the club caters for all walks of life and ages for families, singles, working people and retirees. Pets are welcome.

A bit about us

While most caravanning clubs seem to cater for members staying at only caravan parks and showgrounds, here at the Jayco Getaway Club of Victoria Incorporated, we differ slightly, catering for everyone of every age regardless of their caravanning style, with monthly getaways to Caravan Parks to low cost camps to property stays to Free Camps. Getaways are arranged by the club to be held at locations generally within approximately 2 hours of Melbourne CBD.

All Getaways arranged by the Club for members are voluntary to attend, come to as many or as few as you would like, the choice is yours!

What can you expect at a Getaway?

You will find the Getaway's relaxing, friendly and fun and spent how you choose to enjoy your weekends. You are free to do as you wish during the day whether it is doing your own thing, relaxing or sightseeing with friends or families you have met through the Club. Later in the day enjoy happy hour and a communal dinner followed by some social drinks around the campfire (where fires are permitted) with great company, good music and a laugh or two! All club activities are totally optional to attend.
